About Food for Here

Where do the results come from?

Locations are pulled from OpenStreetMap data through Overpass queries, which makes the app lightweight, flexible, and location-aware.

What happens if GPS is blocked?

You can still search by address, city, or venue name. The map will recenter and nearby food results will load around that location.

What can I do from a result card?

You can focus a place on the map, launch directions, and open a website when one is available in the underlying map data.
